Construction Management

The best time to involve a construction manager is at the conception of the project. This delivery method provides an expert on your side throughout the process. MD Rowe works with you through all phases of the project to optimize your return on your investment. They guide and assist you in the selection and pre-qualification of engineering and design professionals as well as subcontractors and suppliers. MD Rowe will organize and competitively bid each phase of the work and present the results you. You will receive full documentation and an open book approach for all work accomplished. This process also provides continual budget control and updated evaluations to keep the budget and schedule programs on track allowing you to manage your business.

Design / Build

Design / Build, with MD Rowe is based on the idea that results are better when teamwork and collaboration between design and construction starts early. The Civil, Structural, Mechanical & Electrical Engineers work together with the Architect and the Contractor on their individual responsibilities to achieve a single set of goals. Design / Build emphasizes that, one company is accountable for results. This contrasts with other delivery methods where design and construction professionals are hired separately, and accountability for results is less defined.

General Construction

This delivery method is typically used when an Architect has accomplished the project documents and drawings and the client is looking to have several Contractors provide a price for accomplishing the work. The work can be contracted using a lump sum or cost plus a fee method of delivery.
